ASTS Patent & Law Sp. z o.o. has developed from and is a continuation of activities started already in 2006, at first being the individual practise of a legal counsel and then pursued through AS&TS Anna Szczurek Tomasz Swędzioł LLP.


The main areas of our expertise are: consulting and providing legal aid in issues related to the widely understood intellectual property, including an industrial one, IT law, new technologies, cases related to deeds of unfair competition.
