Day to day advisory services legal to Main Distributor to Poland the products of leading Belgian producer of pet's food, of in connection with acquisition of majority shareholding in Polish polish company operating in the same business.
Advisory and participation in case relating infringement of copyrigits, including representation the client during the enforcement proceeding based on provision of conservation of a claim.
Representation the client (transport and spedition sector) with the proceedings regarding unfair competition, including the issue the legal force of global conditions of agreement in view to binding legal relationship resulting from an obligation.

Graduated from the University of Silesia in Katowice (1998).

Obtained a Diploma of Warsaw University on postgraduated studies - Industrial Property Law (2005-2007). From 1998 to 1999 she worked at consulting and engineering company in Katowice, where she was responsible for legal aspects on the area of energetic projects. From 2001 to 2002 as an "in-house" lawyer she worked in Warsaw in an IT company, where she had opportunity to obtain practical knowledge on the area of intellectual property matters, specially regarding the licensing matters and transfer of technology. From 2002 to 2006 Ms. Szczurek within the scope her own legal practice cooperated with GFKK Attorneys at Law Partnership in Katowice. Since Oktober 2006 she has worked as legal counsel in Legal Department of ING Bank Śląski S.A. in Katowice.

Ms. Szczurek specializes in intellectual property matters, copyrights and media law, unfair competition, including Internet activity area, corporate and commercial law.


Tomasz Swędzioł
Attorney at law.

Graduated from the University of Silesia in Katowice (1991).

From August 1991 to August 1993 he worked in II Branch PKO BP in Claims Department. Starting in 1993 he had a three month training in French Law Office "DMG Group" in Lyon. Since 1993 to 1996 primary as trainee and next as a legal counsel he worked in Legal Office "IUSTUS" in Katowice. His professional ways was also connected with experience as he gained working as a legal counsel in BPH Bank I Branch in Katowice. Since April 1998 he has worked as legal counsel in Legal Department of ING Bank Śląski S.A. in Katowice.

From 1999 he provided his own legal practice.

Mr. Tomasz Swędzioł specializes in corporate and commercial law, obligation law, in particular on the area of real estate matters as well as software agreements (including licensing, service, maintenance) He has particular experience in banking law, consumer law, advising on all aspects of administrative and court proceedings connected with personal data protection.
